Delete your Revival account

Account and data deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Your Revival account cannot be restored after deletion.

Delete immediately in the app

1. Sign in to Revival.
2. Open My Page.
3. Choose Account.
4. Choose Delete account and data and confirm.

The app deletes your authentication account, service profiles, offers, conversations, messages, ratings, push tokens, private locations, and uploaded photos and videos.

Request deletion without the app

Send Revival support a WhatsApp message from the phone number registered to your account. Include the words Delete my Revival account. We will verify ownership before deletion and will not ask you to send your PIN.

After verification, we generally complete requests within seven days. We may retain anonymized reports or limited security records when necessary for fraud prevention, safety, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
